Due to the nature of cannabis products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing items, we will replace or refund it within 48 hours. Contact support within 24 hours with photos of the issue.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
